In the heart of Southern Oregon, Return to Wholeness invites you into a shared journey of healing and remembrance. Guided by Steve Elfrink and Ian Luepker, ND, our ketamine-assisted group ceremonies offer more than medicine—they create a sacred container where tribe, connection, and vulnerability become pathways to wholeness. In the safety of community, we open to what has long been held inside, allowing healing to emerge not in isolation, but in the presence of others walking the same path. Together, we rediscover our strength, compassion, and humanity.

Your next step: explore our upcoming ceremonies, and join a circle where your story is honored, your healing is witnessed, and your wholeness is remembered.

Why "Return to Wholeness"?

Many of us come to this work carrying the effects of fragmentation, places where our lives or our very selves feel split apart. Various levels of trauma can create protective parts that hold pain in silence, patterns of dissociation that distance us from our own body, cycles of dysregulation that keep the nervous system on edge, and disconnection that leaves us feeling isolated from others, from spirit, and even from ourselves.

Return to Wholeness is both a name and an invitation. It speaks to the journey of remembering that beneath the fragmentation, beneath the survival strategies, there is a deeper wholeness that has never been lost. In ceremony and in community, we gently meet the parts of ourselves that were once pushed away. We bring compassion to dissociation, safety to dysregulation, and connection to disconnection.

When these fragmented places are welcomed back, not forced, a natural integration begins. The parts no longer have to carry their burdens alone. The nervous system learns it can settle again. And we rediscover the simple truth: healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to who we have always been.

Together, we bring complementary skills and a shared vision: to guide participants safely and gently into transformative experiences, always held in community and trust.

Healing is a process, not a single event. Each step of our work is designed to support you before, during, and after the ceremony:

  • Preparation
Before the ceremony, we’ll meet with you to explore your intentions, answer questions, and help you feel grounded. This is where you begin to orient your body and mind toward the experience.

  • Ceremony
In a safe and sacred group setting, ketamine opens a doorway to deeper layers of self. You are never alone — we hold you in community, presence, and care. The medicine is offered with respect, allowing healing to unfold naturally.

  • Integration
After the journey, we support you in bringing insights into daily life. Through reflection, dialogue, and body-based practices, integration helps anchor your experience into lasting transformation.

At Return to Wholeness, we believe healing is magnified when it happens in community. Sitting in circle allows us to witness one another, to feel our shared humanity, and to remember we are not alone.

Participants often describe a profound sense of belonging, of being seen, heard, and held exactly as they are. This shared field of love and trust makes it possible to go deeper, release old burdens, and reconnect with the wholeness that has always been within.
